Please complete all information for the competitions you wish to register for. Please note that this form does not include cluster level competitions - please contact your PESSCo directly for these.
BEFORE ENTERING, PLEASE ENSURE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RAISE A TEAM AND ANY STAFF COVER REQUIRED IS SECURED. WE USE THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO MONITOR UPTAKE & PRODUCE FORMATS FOR THE COMPETITION. SCHOOLS WHO ENTER TEAMS BUT DO NOT TAKE PART CAN THEREFORE LIMIT THE PARTICIPATION OF OTHERS.

Football
Y5/6 Small Schools: 'INSPIRE' EVENT. Under ESFA rules, all schools entering must have less than 65 pupils in Y5/6 AND must not have progressed to the partnership final in the Y5/6 Mixed Football format. Please select the amount of teams you would like to enter (up to a maximum of 2), or 0 if not. Schools will be given the opportunity of entering two teams if the maximum number of teams is not reached (8). The second team will be allocated after 01/11/11, on a first come first served basis, if the maximum numbers has not been reached.
Y3/4 Girls: 'INSPIRE' EVENT, Please select the amount of teams you would like to enter (up to a maximum of 2), or 0 if not. Schools will be given the opportunity of entering two teams if the maximum number of teams is not reached (12). The second team will be allocated after 04/11/21, on a first come first served basis, if the maximum number has not been reached.
Boccia
PAN Disability: 'CELEBRATE' EVENT: all entrants must be on the SEND register (whereas physical disability is purely those with a physical impairment). Please select the amount of teams you would like to enter (up to a maximum of 1), or 0 if not.
PD: 'CELEBRATE' EVENT: all entrants must have a physical impairment (whereas PAN Disability is for a broader group of young people on the SEND register). Please select the amount of teams you would like to enter (up to a maximum of 1), or 0 if not.
Basketball
Y5/6 MegaFest: 'CELEBRATE' EVENT: Please select the amount of teams you would like to enter (up to a maximum of 2), or 0 if not. Schools will be given the opportunity of entering two teams if the maximum number of teams is not reached (12). The second team will be allocated after 01/12/21, on a first come first served basis, if the maximum numbers has not been reached. This format is for B & C teams or those who are trying Basketball for the first time and no scores will be recorded.
