Is a leadership and balance activity that can be done at home or in school

In School

The teacher stands in front of the class and performs a series of stretches and balances that the rest of the class have to mirror. This can also be done to camera so pupils can follow at home

Two pupils face each other. Pupil A leads and Pupil B mirrors the movement, then swap

At Home

Parents can lead and children Follow or Children can lead and parents follow.

If children have siblings they can work with each other or via Zoom with their Friends.
