Triple Jump- Start from a standing position, do a hop, step, jump. Measure the jump from the back of the heel on landing to the nearest 5cm.
Shuttle Run - Set up two cones 10m apart, time how long it takes to run there and back twice. Time your attempts in seconds.
Five Strides - Starting from a standing position, take 5 long strides and land on two feet. Measure the jump from the back of the heel on landing to the nearest 5cm.
Chest Push - Hold the ball in two hands and push the ball as far as you can from the chest. Measure the throw to the nearest 25cm.
